FAQ's

* If you are ordering more than one bag Or are shipping your bags APO , please go ahead and order your bags and I will adjust your charges. This way you wont miss getting your order in*

* I can make any of the styles in any branch of service. If you see a bag you like but there isn't a picture of it in the camo fabric you need, I can still make it!!

* All Custom Bags come with at least 3 pockets inside, and a magnetic snap. I do not use zippers at this time.

* I am ok with changing a few things here and there on any style bag that I make, however, I will not change an entire bag, or change a complete design at this time. Please use the styles provided and asking for a few different things will be ok with me.

* Please note when you order that Custom orders are NOT refundable.

*Orders will be accepted the 1rst of every month until every open Custom order slot is filled. When orders are closed, it means that I can not take anymore orders. However, I will do my best to have Ready Mades in stock (you can tell if they are open on the Home Page) . Making sure your bag is made and delivered in the time given is my goal.

*Bags that are ordered on the first will be made and delivered in approx 10 weeks

Q: I don't have a uniform to send, can I still have a bag made?

A: Yes, I have many different fabrics available for $10 (way less than a new shirt)

Q: I need nametapes made, do you supply those?

A: Yes, You can have nametapes made saying anything you like in any color thread. If you want them sewn on, then they are 2 for $5.

Q: I would like ribbons or some bows , but I don't know how much they are.

A: Here is a rundown of extras:

     Bows on pockets~ no charge

     Extra pockets on outside of bag $5 (usually on the sides of the larger bags)

     Any other requests should be emailed to me

Q: Do you supply patches?

A: At this time, I cannot supply any patches or flags. I would be happy to sew on any

     patches sent to me though.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Once you proceed to checkout you can click on any of the links to make a payment. You do not need an account with pay pal, they just process my payments.  I accept credit, bank cards, checks.

   Q: When will my bag be done?

A:    I have a "handbag status" list on my site so that you will be able to

       check and see where your bag is in the process of being made. I normally take first

       come, first serve in terms of making the bags.
