My grandmother ordered a bag from you for my Christmas gift & I just love it. It's durable, holds everything I carry with me - which can be a lot most days - and I can easily keep my bag organized with so many pockets. The magnetic closure & snaps on the sides are a great touch. My husband thought it was special to be made from one of his tops. He did have one suggestion for you - using the pen pocket from the sleeve for the side of the bag could provide for additional storage - not sure if you already do that or not.
