How they are made
All of my handbags are designed and handmade by me. Each bag takes many hours to complete. I treat every bag with care and take my time with each of them. (example: a deluxe diaper bag can take up to 12 hours to make)
Every bag is interfaced and padding is added. Your bag will be soft yet will still hold it's shape. They do not sag and will stand on their own. I use quality products and have improved the durability of my bags by studying the process of correct purse making. I have spent MANY hours perfecting the construction of these purses. My bags will stand the test of time. I try not to give out too much info as to not give away my "secrets" of what is inside my bags:) Just read my testomonials to attest to my product.
Bags will soften over time with use. This is very normal.
If you wash your bag (handwash only, spot treatment recommended) you may need to iron it. Tide to go stain pens work great on stains and spot treatments ( Thanks Melissa:) Drycleaning works the best. I will not be held responsible for bags put in the washing machine and damage occurs.
All bags delivered to you are double stitched.
All bags come with 2-3 pockets on the inside, depending on the size of your bag. If you need something different, let me know. Magnetic snaps will be used unless indicated otherwise on the order form.
*If you are sending a shirt: Please note that the bags pictured are made from at least a Med size uniform shirt. Small size shirts will alter the look of the bag and will result in a smaller size bag.
Please make sure when sending a shirt that it is in good condition and washed. Check all pockets to make sure that there is nothing in them, including tabacco. If I find that the shirt is not clean you will need to pay extra for laundering the shirt.
If is is damaged or overly faded with worn out velcro, your bag will look the same.

Contributions:
Widows program- We donate one bag for our fellow wives made from our fabric or shirt. If you are interested please write to us custommadebymelissa@yahoo.com
We reserve the right to limited the amount and style of widow handbags per month.
We also donate many bags per year for fundraisers, auctions, etc. We feel that donating for these Military functions benefits our fellow Military Families to raise money for our FRG's and units.

My bags are guaranteed for 6 months after receiving your bag.
Sorry no refunds as stated when ordering . (I can not take responsiblilty if you break up with your husband, boyfriend, etc.)
